Dear Parents,
Now is the time to organize the Hawaii Cup 2005 trip again.
Everybody knows that I took a WVSC U-19Girls team to Maui, Hawaii summer 2000. It was a successful trip and did not have any problems. The team was form by 18 players and the rest were parents, relatives and friends that came to enjoy the tournament and take a nice vacation. We had a total of 50 people in the group. I wanted to take this trip every year but with the 9/11 issue was not possible to do it. Hopefully, this year we will have again a successful and pleasant trip.
I will offer a complete assistance in selecting the most suitable travel package for the club and anybody. All the packages includes airline fare, selected condominiums and a compact car per room.
Trip: Maui-Hawaii
Dates: 07/18/05 - 07/25/05
Accommodations: Variety of reserved condominiums or hotels
Amount: $1,300.00 to $1,400.00 per person (4 in a room)
$1,400.00 to $1,500.00 per person (3 in a room)
Deposit: $200.00 per person
Tournament: U-10 to U-19 Boys/Girls
Tournament fee: $900.00 per team (Includes tournament & referees fee, EPYSA insurance & permission fees to travel)
