Dear Potential Sponsor,

We are excited to announce that on July 16 and 17, 2005, the Wyoming Valley Soccer Club ("WVSC") will hold its first ever 3 v 3 soccer tournament, at the Lackawanna County Stadium. WVSC is the largest Player Development program in Northeastern pennsylvania, and we expect to draw more than 750 players and their families to this major event.

The WVSC is a Pennsylvania Nonprofit Corporation currently in the process of filing for Federal 501(c)(3) Tax Exempt Status'. WVSC teams and players have worked and trained hard to earn the privilege of competing successfully at the state and national levels. During the Club's short history, we have achieved great success in promoting soccer and creating a family atmosphere for the overall development of the young athletes in our program.

We are asking for your help in sponsoring the 3 v 3 tournament, which will benefit the kids in our Club. Although we appreciate a donation of any size, we are able to provide you or your company recognition on advertising display at the Stadium.

$150.00 donation:

a. Sponsor's name will be proudly display on one of the Banners that will be hanging from the Goals, for maximum exposure.
b. Your name will also be displayed on the website.

$300.00 or more:

a. Sponsor's name will displayed on one of the Banners hanging from the Goals.
b. Your name will be posted on our website.
c. Your name will be shown on Tournament T-Shirts to be given to every participant and sold at the event.
