Dear Potential Sponsor,

We are excited to announce that on July 16 and 17, 2005, the Wyoming Valley Soccer Club ("WVSC") will hold its first ever 3 v 3 soccer tournament, at the Lackawanna County Stadium. WVSC is the largest Player Development program in Northeastern pennsylvania, and we expect to draw more than 750 players and their families to this major event.

The WVSC is a Pennsylvania Nonprofit Corporation currently in the process of filing for Federal 501(c)(3) Tax Exempt Status'. WVSC teams and players have worked and trained hard to earn the privilege of competing successfully at the state and national levels. During the Club's short history, we have achieved great success in promoting soccer and creating a family atmosphere for the overall development of the young athletes in our program.

Although we appreciate a donation of any size, we are asking for your supprot as our ONLY "Major" Corporate Sponsor for the 3 v 3 tournament, which will benefit the kids in our club.

To be our ONLY "Major" Corporate Sponsor for this event we are asking for a donation of $5,000.00. For this contribution you will receive:

1. Naming rights to this tournament.
2. Your name only on the front of all the T-Shirts printed up for the day of the event.
3. Your name on all the advertising for this tournament. This will include all posters, on the banners displayed at the stadium the days of the event, on our website, and any and all other advertising may we do for this tournament. This may include, but not limited to, TV, radio and newspaper advertising.
